WSU will host choral festival

The WSU educational choral festival will be Saturday, Oct. 24 in the Kimbrough Music Building on the WSU campus. Eleven high school choirs are participating in the festival.

The students will spend all day performing for a panel of invited clinicians and work with clinicians in private workshops. Performances by the WSU Opera Workshop, University Singers and VoJazz are scheduled through the day.

The day will end with a concert at 5 p.m. in the Bryan Hall Theatre with performances from the high school choirs, WSU Concert Choir and Madrigal/Chamber Singers.
