NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the dirt portion of the following Whitman County roads are closed to vehicular traffic effective November 15, 2009 through March 15, 2010 pursuant to R.C.W.47.48.010, unless a permit is obtained from the office of the Whitman County Engineer:
