Halloween plans readied for LaCrosse junior spooks

The LaCrosse Business Association met to plan the Halloween Chili Feed. Serving will begin at 5 p.m. at the TeaPot Cafe. Judging for the costume contest will be at 4:30 p.m. at the cafe. Jasper Trucking sponsors the costume contest. The Volunteer Fireman will once again host a carnival at the fire station. All ghosts and goblins are advised to head for the fire hall when the whistle blows.
