Nighthawks pick up game on Colfax turf

Tekoa/Oakesdale Nighthawks have agreed to play Colfax next week for a Colfax game date which had originally been booked at Kettle Falls. Colfax Athletic Director Mike Morgan noted the game date had been offered to the Nighthawks after the Kettle Falls date was erased.

The game is now set for Oct. 30 at Colfax.

Colfax agreed to vacate the game at Kettle because Springdale, which is a lot closer to Kettle, was looking for an opponent in the wake of Republic’s decision to drop out of the league this year. Morgan agreed to let Springdale pickup up the date at Kettle and that left the Colfax date,...
