in their Chambers, Courthouse, Colfax, WA, for a proposed amendment to the 2009 Whitman County budget.

The total amount of the proposed amended budget is approximately $48,453,231.

Said grant is in the amount of $500,000 and will be used to extend municipal water & sewer lines from Pullman, WA, to the Pullman Innovation Partnership zone expansion area at the intersection of State Highway 27 and the Pullman-Albion Road near Pullman, WA. Said extension will provide municipal water & sewer services to the Port owned property to foster future economic development interests within Port District boundaries.
