Duo visits Olympic Forest

Denny and Linda O’Keefe drove to the coast last Wednesday and stayed until Sunday. While there, they visited with Linda’s sisters and families, the Womers and the Fosters. They also had two days of rest and relaxing at Clay Lock Lodge in the Olympia National Forest. They returned to Lamont Saturday night.

Tuesday, Dan and Jean Stromberger received word of the engagement of Andrea Wecker, daughter of Eldon and Nancy Stromberger Wrecker. She will be married May 8 in Meridian, Idaho.

Evelyn Shields remains at Manor Care Health Services in Spokane and is slowly getting stronger. She spends many hours a day on exercises and can walk more every day.

On Saturday, Bill, Janet, Aaron, Sarah and Brendan Stromberger drove to the Dan Stromberger home with shovels and mops to assist Dan and Jean Stromberger in getting their garden and house cleaned up for winter.
