Hannas wins rodeo buckle

Lane Hannas won the All Around buckle in his age group at the Primeland Jr. rodeo Saturday in Lewiston. Caleb Hannas hunted with his dad, brother and grandpa, Orle Hannas, of St. John last weekend in the Blue Mountains and got an elk.

Carla Danielson flew to Gig Harbor Nov. 1 where she met her three granddaughters, Ali, Jill and Kate Mock, and their mother, Erin, at the home of Erin’s parents, Gary and Linda Reidt. Carla, Erin and the girls then drove to Vancouver where she spent a few more days visiting while Tim Mock was hunting in the Blue Mountains.

Betty and Conly Merritt traveled to Yreka, Calif., to visit her mother, Eleanor Iten, who returned with them and will be staying for the winter.

Anna May Tobin had the help of Terry and Helen Tobin of Connell for yard cleaning last Wednesday. Daughter Sandy Minnich and grandson Johnathon came to visit for the weekend.
