Looking for a great gift or stocking stuffer for family and friends? The Selbu Cookbook, Komme og spise!, can be purchased at the LaCrosse Bank of Whitman, Dusty Country Store, Tick Klock Drug or Cottage Gate in Colfax.

With more than 400 Scandinavian, Smorgasboard and local favorite recipes, the book can be purchased for only $15.

LaCrosse All-Purpose 4H Club members will pick up Christmas trees Saturday Jan. 2 from 9 a.m. to noon, within a 10 mile radius of LaCrosse. The service will be at no cost, but donations will be accepted. Contact Stacy Aune or Kim Berquist to arrange for collection.

The club will have a hayride and caroling party Dec. 21, at 6 p.m. in LaCrosse. LaCrosse FFA still has a few Christmas trees left, all over eight feet. If interested, contact an FFA member or advisor.
