Rosalian charged for crash

A charge of vehicular assault against Ben W. Evensen, 20, Rosalia, was filed Dec. 24 in Whitman County Superior Court. The report said Evensen was driving in a reckless manner and under the influence of alcohol when the 2003 pickup truck he was driving went out of control on Highway 194 about 14 miles west of Pullman on Feb. 14.
