Ordinance ends city hall cut

A plan to close Colfax City Hall on Fridays in 2010 ended after one day when Councilman David Nails Monday night pointed out the move violates the city’s ordinance book. Nails cited the number of the ordinance and read it. The ordinance states city hall will operate from 8 to 5 on all weekdays except holidays.
