Nita Polda, Betty Stone, Pat Peterson, Diane Cook, Kathy Shields and Jackie Brown joined 10 other Sprague-Lamont red hat ladies for a recent night out. They started with dinner at the Spokane Cathay Inn, then went to the Spokane Civic Theatre production of “Sylvia.”
Don and Sherrill Nelson spent four days last week at the Washington State 1B basketball tournament in Yakima. The St. John-Endicott boys placed second and the girls placed fifth.
Kaye Bailey recently attended the Boy Scout court of honor to see her nephew Michael Bageant receive his Eagle Scout Award at the Spokane Hamblem Park Presbyterian Church. A reception followed. Michael is the son of Creig and Marion Bageant and is a freshman at Lewis & Clark High School.
Kathy Shields drove to the Spokane Valley to have lunch with Mabel Curtis-Nelson at Sullivan Park Assisted Living. On Monday, she met her daughter Billie Jo Davison and granddaughter Krista Schultz at the Northtown Mall for lunch and shopping. Krista was home for the weekend and returned to Oregon Tuesday.
