Vows set on Oregon coast
Kayla Richter, daughter of Mark and Kathleen Richter of Endicott, and Elijah Tomlinson, son of Kelly Tomlinson, Modesto, Calif., are engaged to be married June 12, 2010, at Otter Rock on the Oregon Coast. Kayla and Elijah will both graduate from Simpson University May 1. Kayla will receive a bachelors degree in Business Administration, and Elijah will receive a bachelors degree in Outdoor Leadership.
