The Town of Oakesdale is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from engineering firms interested in providing professional services during the calendar years of 2010-2012.

Potential projects include sewer, water, streets and sidewalks.

Individuals or firms wishing to be considered for projects during 2010, 2011 and 2012 should submit a statement of qualifications showing their experience in the categories listed, references and resume of proposed staff to be assigned to these projects and past performance using MBE/WBE firms.

The Town may elect to interview any and all or select one or more firms from the submittals received.

The Town of LaCrosse has applied for the renewal of its State Waste Discharge Permit (SWDP) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 90.48 Revised Code of Washington (RCW), and Chapter 173-216 Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

The town presently owns and operates a sanitary wastewater facility that services the residents of the town. The wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for a permit to be issued.

NOTICE OF STATE'S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASES

Each request to lease must contain a certified check or money order payable to the Department of Natural Resources for the amount of any bonus bid, plus a $100 deposit.
