Formal charge filed

A formal charge of harassment with a threat to kill was filed Friday in superior court against Dennis J. Cohoon. Cohoon, 60, Endicott, was charged with threatening Gary True of St. John March 16 in St. John. Cohoon allegedly made the threats after True yelled at Cohoon to slow down the Corvette Cohoon was driving on Front Street in St. John.
