No more ‘employees’

We are transitioning away from using the word “employee” to describe our hospital staff members. Instead we are going to begin using the term “caregiver.”

The vast majority of healthcare workers choose their profession because they seek to provide compassion and comfort to others. For them it’s not about the paycheck. It is a higher calling. Caregiver better reflects these very special servants.
