Gregorys will mark 65th

A public reception to honor the 65th anniversary of Nina and Delbert Gregory will be April 3 from 2 to 4 p.m.

at the Harvester Restaurant in Spangle.

Nina, born at Steptoe in 1924, to Sam and Beulah Hall Littleton, and Delbert, born at Winona in 1923, to Charles and Pearl Johnson Gregory, were both raised in Oakesdale where they currently reside.

They were married in Oakesdale, April 1, 1945.

After 37 years of service, they retired from the Oakesdale School District in 1986.

Delbert enjoys gardening, reading, fishing and pheasant hunting.

Nina enjoys bridge club, reading and watching her great-grandkids play sports and musical instruments.

Both have been active officers of the McCoy Valley Museum and both are sponsors of Tekoa’s Empire Theatre.

The reception will be hosted by daughters Christy Gregory, Montesano; Deon Logan, Blaine, and daughter-in-law, Kathy Gregory, Tekoa.
