Walla Walla man charged

A charge of attempted second degree rape was filed Monday in superior court against Robert Wade Muckthel, 25, Walla Walla. He has been summoned to appear in court April 16. The Pullman police arrest report filed in court with the charges alleges the suspect last Oct. 10 attempted to rape an intoxicated woman in the women’s rest room of a bar in the college hill area of Pullman.
