Screening day at Palouse

Preschool and Kindergarten screening and pre-registration will be Tuesday, May 11, from 9 a.m. to noon at Palouse Elementary School. The screening is for children ages birth to 6 years old. Preschoolers must be 3 or 4 years old. Kindergarteners must be 5 years of age as of midnight, Aug. 31.

Children will be given free vision, hearing, language, motor, and general development checks which will take about thirty minutes. Results will be provided to the parents. Children birth to 2 years 11 months will not do the screening. Their parents will complete a questionnaire.
