Oakesdale School will hold their annual Art Show/Spring Concert tonight, Thursday, May 6, at the school. The art show will start at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria followed by the concert at 7 p.m. in the gym.

The Senior Class will have a Mother’s Day weekend car wash and bake sale Saturday, May 8, beginning at 9 a.m. (weather pending) at the Oakesdale Fire Station.

Bridge Club was hosted by Wanda Brown at the Feeding Station in Tekoa last Thursday. Winning high prize was Nina Gregory, second high Jo Sturm, Traveling Darlene Rickett and Bingo June Crow. Traveling down from Spokane to join them were Catherine Crowe and Jo Sturm.

Oakesdale Museum will host a fund-raiser bingo Sunday, May 16, at 2 p.m. Anyone having anything they would like to donate for prizes can contact Dennis Palmer or Wanda Brown.

All proceeds will go towards museum maintenance.
