Lentil Festival offers rebuilt web site
The National Lentil Festival’s new Web site is now online. The site was redesigned to include the many new events the festival has to offer.
“As the festival grew the Web site got bigger and more difficult to navigate,” said Mary MacDonald, festival director.
The new online store makes it easier to view and purchase merchandise which funds a large part of the festival, said MacDonald.
One feature of the new site includes a page called ‘Fun Stuff’ which features videos about lentils, interesting facts and urban legends about lentils, and opportunities for visitors to input their favorite festival memory or lentil joke.
The new layout lists all 22 events to be featured at the 22nd annual National Lentil Festival.
The new Web site is http://www.lentilfest.com
