McNaughton will go to China

Kenny McNaughton, who just completed his sophomore year at Whitworth in Spokane, will spend part of his summer at Xiang, China, where he will teach English at an orphanage under a Cross Cultural Solutions program. He is now undergoing training in Hawaii.

After he returns from China, McNaughton will depart for Ft. Benning, Ga., for Army Airborne training. He is a member of the Army ROTC program which is administered at Gonzaga University in Spokane. The service at the orphanage is part of the ROTC leadership training.
