Richardson trial date set

A July 19 trial date has been scheduled for Cody Richardson after he pleaded not guilty Friday to two charges of theft of a firearm. Richardson has been charged with taking the rifles from an unoccupied ranch house in the Winona area. He has posted a $10,000 bond for pre-trial release.
