Horners celebrate 73rd

Stanley and Lois Horner celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary June 2 at Harbor Crest Retirement Center in Spokane where they have resided since 2006. They were married in Tekoa and lived in Tekoa where Stan was employed with the Union Pacific Railroad. They moved to Bayview, Idaho, in 1965. Stan retired in November 1976, to conclude a 37-year career with the railroad. They have two children, Robert and Lucy Horner of Palm Bay, Fla., and Vicki and Tim St. John, Tekoa. They have five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Stan is 94 and Lois 92.
