City water bill

Joyce Stookey, former Colfax resident now of Spokane, paid off a long overdue water/sewer bill for $204.68 after a vote by the Colfax city council approved the settlement sum. Stookey’s last bill was $505.10, but she was allowed to write off the $300.42 difference, most of which was the result of month-to-month overdue fees.
