W.R. Judson of Moscow, was arrested in Farmington last Friday evening, upon complaint of G.W. Truax, charged with furnishing liquor to Indians. He was examined by a justice and fined $75 and costs, amounting in all to $100. The culprit was brought to this city Monday, in custody of Hiram Young, constable and succeeded in raising the amount necessary to pay his way to liberty. Offenders of this class should be given the full extent of the law.
