Washtucna launches fifth classic auto show

Washtucna’s fifth annual classic auto show and Pioneer Days celebration will be this weekend, Friday and Saturday.

Friday events at Bassett Park begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include tricycle races, bingo and an outdoor showing of the movie “Car 54 Where are You,” presented for free by the Washtucna Classic Auto Show.

Events in the ballfield Saturday include a Main Street parade at 9:30 a.m., along with the car show, a flea market, barbecue and live music throughout the day.
