McDonald lights finally glow

Night baseball officially came to McDonald Field last Thursday when the field lights went on for the first time.

The first Colfax night game featured two Seattle elite teams who are in town for a Palouse Summer Series weekend.

The game was booked to start at 7:45 p.m.

Over the next two weeks night games will be played at McDonald for two more sessions of the Summer Series.

This week the Pullman Patriots will be part of a Senior Legion Series and county players could play under the lights at Colfax.

The following week will feature Junior Legion teams including Whitman Cougars and Pullman Posse...
