Salon opens in Rosalia

Jamie and Joel Crisp are owners of the new “Color Me Happy Hair Salon” now open in Rosalia. The shop is in the former Rosalia lumber building which formerly served as the site of Coffee & More, now located in the downtown area.

The former Jamie Willey, she is a member of the 1998 Rosalia High School class. She is the daughter of Ron Willey and Sherry Burnham.

She received her training at Total Cosmetology in Spokane and has worked at SuperCuts, Regis and with her sister at Brandy’s Root 66 in Oakesdale.

The new salon will offer haircuts, highlight, coloring and special occasion updos. She will also do facial waxing. Call her at the salon to make an appointment.

Joel Crisp, who was raised in Colfax, is now employed as a refrigeration specialist at Washington State University. They have two children, Owen and Taylor.

Inland Northwest Blood Center will sponsor a blood drive Friday, July 16, from 10 to 3 at the Rosalia Fire Station.

Caleb Turner, Hannah Lautenslager, and Callie Jeske won weekly treasure hunt drawings in June at the Rosalia Library.

Wet and wild undersea adventures will be the final summer program.
