HFMA elects Heilsberg president of Washington/Alaska for next year

Whitman Hospital’s chief financial officer, Jim Heilsberg was appointed June 1 as the president of a regional non-profit hospital association.

Heilsberg for the next year will be the president of the Washington/Alaska chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, a national non-profit organization geared toward educating and networking financial leaders in the hospital industry. It has regional chapters around the United States. The Washington/Alaska chapter has roughly 800 members.
