Maley earns scholarship

Michelle L. Maley, a member of the 2008 class at Rosalia High School, has received a $1,000 Val and Mary Ellen Jensen honors college scholarship from Washington State University. The daughter of Shawnda and Craig Maley of Thornton, she is currently studying business and pre-law and is expected to graduate from WSU in May 2013. She is a Distinguished Regents Scholar and was awarded the Outstanding First-Year Student in Spanish from the department of foreign languages and cultures. Maley is the treasurer of WSU Crop and Soil Science Club.
