Former residents meet to recall Sunset

Seventeen former area residents, families and friends gathered at the Old Country Buffet on North Division in Spokane July 11 to celebrate the town of Sunset.

They viewed old pictures, a Mills family scrapbook, a 1910 plat book and census records from 1900-1930.

Memories from another time were revistied and enjoyed by all 29 present.

In back, from the left, are Claire Story, John Stelzer, Dan Mills, Clinton Miller, Cedric Huseby, Kay Miloer, Ruth Henry Uznay, Mary Kaye Mortimer Stelzer, Joan Clark Williams, Jana Mills Nelson, Sandi Knittel Glorfield, Judy Knudsen Thomsom, Holly Knudsen Moore, Ed Reich, Julie Miller Gervais and Gene Kinder.

They plan to meet again next year.
