TOWN OF LAMONT

SMALL WORKS ROSTER

The Town of Lamont requests any contractor who wishes to contract labor and/or materials for the Town during the calendar year 2010, register on the Town’s "Small Works Roster." SUMMARY OF TOWN OF GARFIELD ORDINANCE NO. 385N.

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PROPERTY TAX INCREASE FOR COLLECTION IN 2011.

Section 1. The dollar amount of the increase over the actual levy amount from the previous year shall be $574.38, which is an increase of one percent from the previous year. This increase is exclusive of additional revenue resulting from new construction allowed under the provisions of RCW 84.55.010, plus improvements to property, newly constructed wind turbines, any increase in the value of state assessed property, any annexations that have occurred and refunds made.

Colfax School District No. 300 is accepting bids for fuel for the 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 school years.

Approximately 3,000 gallons gasoline and 30,000 gallons diesel will be used in each of the two years.

Fuel must be obtainable at a local cardlock facility 24 hours a day.

The facility must offer safe access to and from street or highway.

Bid must be presented in "Margin Over Rack" detail.

All pricing must include applicable state tax and exclude federal excise tax.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF Rosalia, WASHINGTON, amending Ordinance No. 536 and Rosalia Municipal Code §13.12.020, thereby increasing the monthly charge for sewer service.

BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Rosalia as follows:

Section 1. Rosalia Municipal Code §13.12.020 and those portions of Ordinance No. 536 which are codified as Rosalia Municipal Code §13.12.020 are hereby amended to read as follows:
