Drug take-back day

Whitman County Sheriff’s Office and the Pullman Police Department will participate in the nationwide prescription drug “Take-Back” initiative Saturday, Sept. 25, to promote proper disposal of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs.

Local collection sites are located in Colfax in the foyer of the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office. The Pullman disposal box is in the foyer of the Pullman Police Department, 260 SE Kamiaken Street.
