New library cards net prizes

Winners of the Whitman County Library Card Sign Up drawings are Kara Kimball of Colfax and Daniel Wardwell of St. John. Friends of the Library donated two $25 gift certificates to the winner’s choice of business.

The winners were among 53 people signed up for a library card during September and were eligible to participate in the drawing. Kara opted to use her certificate at Rosauers and Daniel opted for Ace Hardware.
