Winter weather workshop set

The National Weather Service will present a winter weather workshop for Whitman and Latah counties Nov. 8, at 10 a.m., at the Public Service Building in Colfax.

The workshop will cover the 2010-11 winter outlook for Whitman and Latah counties and how to access the NWS weather information.
