Therapist to speak

Jim Rogers from Quail Run Physical Therapy will be at the St. John Library Tuesday, Dec. 14, at 7 p.m. His program, “Everybody has a back; learn how to take care of yours,” includes a 30 to 45 minute presentation about the spine and ways to keep it flexible and strong. Friends of the Library will provide coffee and light snacks.
