Santa arrived safe and sound last Saturday. He heard the wishes and dreams of all the good boys and girls at the Teapot Cafe. Pictures were taken and are available for pick up at the Bank of Whitman. A drawing was held for boy and girl gifts. Boy winners were Austin Stanley, 7; Brody Fleming, 2; Cooper Jessop, 5, and Gunnar Aune, 9. The girl winners were Saunny Dyer, 1; Autumn Meyers, 10; Zoe Bailey, 8, and Grace Morris, 3.
Anyone interested in having Santa make a home visit can contact Deb Casey.
The Tigercats will play Touchet in a home game on Saturday, Dec. 18. The sophomore class is sponsoring a feed of chickenwiches and all the extras. A full meal deal is $6.
The 2010 Fall Sports awards banquet for LaCrosse was Sunday, Dec. 12.
A ham and potato dinner was prepared and served by Julie Roberts and crew.
