Dusty BB Club will host a community Christmas potluck and party at the Wilcox Grange at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17. Santa and Rudolph will make a visit. Participants are asked to bring a hot dish, salad or dessert and marked gifts for Santa to give to children.
B.B. Club’s December meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. at the Wilcox Grange Thursday, Dec. 16, to decorate for the Christmas party. Roll call will be to bring an old cookbook and its story. Hostesses are Rita Ackerman and Karen Broeckel.
Carol Kyllo attended the baptism of Brianna Nicole Camp, daughter of Randy and Brenda Camp, Sunday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pullman. Godfather was Harmon Smith, godmother in absentia is Jenny Garcia of Miami. Standing in for her was Lorena Andrus, LaCrosse. Also attending were grandmother Joyce Camp, Jan Smith and Shane Andrus. April Cooper joined the group for lunch at the Moscow University Inn.
Alexandra BeDell received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences Saturday from the University of Idaho. Attending graduation ceremonies were her parents Angela and Brian Broeckel, sister Sami BeDell, her aunt’s family Anita and Bryan Straw, Chealsey and Corey from Mountain Home, Idaho, Oscar Broeckel, Tom and Doreen Riedner, Karen Broeckel and her father’s family. The Straw family spent the weekend with Angela and Brian’s family.
Jullene and Kenneth Sager, children of Blake and Marcy Sager of Colfax, spent Saturday and Sunday with their grandparents, Art and Colene Sager, while their parents went Christmas shopping.
David and Phyllis Stueckle attended the Coeur d’Alene Symphony Orchestra’s Christmas concert at North Idaho College campus Saturday. Their granddaughter Ashleigh, daughter of Doug and Cheryl Stueckle, plays violin in the orchestra.
