County elected officials sworn in

Seven county officials, all returning incumbents, were sworn in Monday in the Whitman County Superior Courtroom. Treasurer Joe Reynolds, Court Clerk Shirley Bafus, County Commissioner Michael Largent, Coroner Pete Martin, Sheriff Brett Myers, Prosecutor Denis Tracy and Auditor Eunice Coker took the oath of office for a new term. Judge David Frazier administered the oath. Coker was the lone office holder challenged in the 2010 election. Treasurer Bob Lothspeich and District Court Judge Doug Robinson were sworn in earlier this month.
