The Port of Whitman County will accept bid proposals for the construction of a 60-foot by 80-foot Hangar by either stick / stud frame-method or pole building-method alternates with all the site preparation, utilities required and other listed work at the Port’s Whitman Business Air Center, West of Colfax. Bidders may submit a bid on one or both of the building alternates, said choice to be made clear in the bids submitted. The port has not decided on a preferred alternate and reserves the right to choose the apparent low bid on either alternate.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2011.

Section 1. The Annual Budget for the year 2011 is adopted at the fund level.

Section 2. Amends certain funds (Current Expense, Current Expense Reserve Fund, and Capital Facilities Fund) within the budget: total estimated revenues $1,485,272, appropriations $979,480.

Section 1. The Garfield Municipal Code §24.02.070 Zones is amended thereby adding "Public Buildings" (u) as a Conditional Use.

Section 2. The Garfield Municipal Code §24.02.070 Zoning Descriptions is amended thereby adding "Public Buildings" (u) as a Conditional Use in all zones.

Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee’s sale.

X. NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee’s Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the Deed of Trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants who are not tenants.

After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants who are not tenants by summary proceedings under Chapter 59.12 RCW. For tenant-occupied property, the purchaser shall provide a tenant with written notice in accordance with RCW 61.24.060.
