Eagles wrestlers bid good-bye to Matte Tedde this week after competing at Warden. An exchange student from Italy with a background in Judo, Teddes compiled an 8-4 record during his short wrestling career.
He was presented his letter at the Eagles' home game this week. He also departed with a pair of wrestling shoes.
Tedde booked a split with Carlos Gomez of Warden in the 125 class at Warden Thursday.
Thomas Newton booked a split with a pin over Tommy Kirk of TCP and a loss on a pin to Saul Hinojosa of Warden.
