Fourth edition of street banners will go on display

Ten new street banner designs for the fourth annual Colfax Arts Council competition will be mounted on Main Street light standards Sunday. Three artists who have entered for the first time this year are Angela Senter of Palouse and Claudia Rollins and Kathy Mayer, both of Colfax. Ysabeaux Ng of Colfax, an eighth grader at Jennings Junior High, is the lone entrant in the youth division. She is also a first-time entrant.
