Jamison serves as page

Mitchell Jamison spent last week paging for Sen. Mark Schoesler and others in Olympia. An eighth-grader at Garfield-Palouse Middle School in Garfield, he took time away from his studies last week to participate in the Senate Page Program during the eighth week of the 2011 legislative session. He is the son of Russell and Sandra Jamison of Garfield. Pages are responsible for running errands and delivering mail. They spend time in the Senate Chamber and attend page school to learn about parliamentary procedure and the legislative process.
