Kennewick man charged with trafficking

Joseph E. Tomaszychi, 44, Kennewick, was charged March 28 in superior court with trafficking in stolen property last August. According to an investigation report filed with the charge, he is suspected of taking a water pump and two transmitters from a ranch along the Snake River near Wilma and selling them at Pacific Recycling in the Lewiston area. The report alleges he received $66.20 from the recycling firm.
