Ferguson - U.S. role in Libya ignores Colin Powell’s four rules

UNLESS something has happened that I haven’t heard about yet, I’d like to ask the question being posed by others that I haven’t heard answered.

Where is Colin Powell?

Not that I regard him as indispensable to any discussion about why we are in Libya and why are we still in Iraq and Afghanistan?
