The votes are in on the Easter coloring contest sponsored by Jasper Trucking. Dustin Broeckel, son of JB and Jen Broeckel, received the most votes for his creation with Zoe Bailey, daughter of Steve and Katie Bailey, coming in a close second.

Jasper credits residents for coming in and voting for their favorite art.

The annual LaCrosse Community Club Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, April 23, at 10 a.m. at the City Park for children third grade and under.

LaCrosse Youth Baseball and Softball will begin Tuesday in LaCrosse. Minors will be from 4:00-5:30 with coach pitch and softball to follow at 6-7 p.m. Please bring the registration forms filled out and ready to go. T-ball will begin April 26.

The first Junior High baseball game will be at 4:30 in Washtucna today, Thursday, April 21. The team will play St. John-Endicott.
