Biagi-Santoyo vows set for May

Robert and Debbie Biagi of Colfax announce the engagement of their son, Brad, Riverside, Calif., to Norma Santoyo, also of Riverside.

Norma is the daughter of Jose and Barbara, Riverside, Calif.

The bride elect is a 1999 graduate of Norte Vista High School and completed her registered nursing degree in December of 2003.

She is employed at Parkview Community Hospital in Riverside as a registered nurse and charge nurse.

Brad is a 1998 graduate of Colfax High School, has a bachelor of science degree in information technology and a masters degree in business administration.

Brad is employed at Taco Bell Headquarters in Irvine, Calif., in senior management as an IT Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer.

A May, 2011, wedding in Newport Beach, Calif., is planned.
