At Colfax Schools:Daily items offered at Colfax High School include salad bar, chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, deli sandwiches, vegetarian options, fresh & canned fruit, fresh vegetables, oven fries, yogurt, cottage cheese, bagels and juice.
At Garfield/Palouse School:Monday: Hot dogs or Corndogs, baked beans, coleslaw and fruit.
Tuesday: Turkey or hamburger gravy, rice, potatoes, roll, vegetables and fruit.
Wednesday: Beef and cheddar or beef stroganoff, vegetables and fruit.
Thursday: Soup, sandwiches, lettuce, cheese, vegetables and fruit.
Friday: Chicken fajita or taco, tater tots, corn and fruit.
At Tekoa School:Monday: Corn dog or chili-cheese dog and tossed salad.
