NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMIT
The public is notified of intent to issue an Administrative Use Permit to Garaj Mahal in order to have a business sign put up on six units advertising six different businesses within the complex.
Each of the six businesses will be storing equipment associated with the business in their respective units.
The six storage units are not the primary location of the business and the units will only be used for storage of business equipment.
No business is to be conducted at these locations and no members of the public will be coming and going at these locations.
There will be no additional impacts to adjacent neighbors due to this change.
As an existing business in the North-Pullman/Moscow Corridor District (N-PMC) this permit can be issued administratively pursuant to 19.15.050(5)(Z) of the N-PMC zoning code.
The 4-acre site is located in the North Pullman-Moscow Corridor District (N-PMC) in the south half of government lot 1, Section 2, Township 14 N, Range 45 E., W. M., Whitman County, Washington. The parcel location is immediately to the east of the mini-storage units on SR 270.
