NOTICE OF DECISION

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ISSUED TO PALOUSE WIND

(CU 10-16)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitman County Hearing Examiner approved the issuance of a conditional use permit on May 23, 2011 to Palouse Wind for the construction and operation of a commercial wind farm subject to 164 conditions of approval.

The Hearing Examiner’s decision is available for review at the Whitman County Public Works Office, 310 N. Main, 2nd Floor, Colfax, WA 99111 between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. The decision is also posted on the County’s website at: http://www.whitmancounty.org/page.aspx?pn=Plan...
